The goal of our Organizational Change Management assessment is to systematically collect insights and feedback from employees to assess their experiences, sentiments, and concerns during a period of significant organizational change. This survey is designed to provide leadership and decision-makers with valuable information to understand how these changes have affected the workforce and to identify areas of improvement. By gathering input on communication, job satisfaction, workload, support systems, and other critical factors, the survey aims to foster a deeper understanding of the impact of the changes and guide the organization in making informed decisions. Ultimately, the goal is to facilitate a smoother transition, enhance employee well-being, and align the organization's strategies with the needs and expectations of its staff to ensure a successful and sustainable transformation. TJT Consulting Services will produce a report for leadership analyzing the data gathered from the survey.
